International Office

The International Office is the FHM's organizational interface for international affairs and manages the processes in the core areas of international mobility, university cooperation and internationalization strategy.

As a central service and information facility for students, teaching staff and external interested parties, it offers a comprehensive range of support in relation to international affairs at FHM.

From bachelor to doctorate

Global education at the FHM

Applicants from abroad (Campus.International - Incomings) can study various Bachelor's and Master's degree programs in the fields of Business Management and Engineering at FHM. Students not only benefit from the excellent study conditions at FHM, but also broaden their personal and professional horizons.

FHM students interested in studying abroad (outgoings) have the opportunity to complete an internship or study abroad with a scholarship via Erasmus+ in order to expand their professional, linguistic and intercultural skills.

For applicants from abroad without a German university entrance qualification and graduates who would like to prepare for a degree course at FHM, the Studienkolleg offers a broad portfolio of preparatory courses in the fields of technology, business and medicine.

In addition, the FHM offers part-time doctoral programs in cooperation with the University of Gloucestershire (UK) and the University of Worcester (UK).
Information on university partnerships and research networks as well as selected FHM activities abroad can be found in the areas of university cooperation and country-specific initiatives.

FHM Study college

The FHM-Studienkolleg is aimed at international applicants with or without a university entrance qualification who wish to study at a university in Germany. The FHM Studienkolleg offers applicants not only preparatory courses for university entrance, but also Bachelor's and Master's preparatory courses.

FHM uses its own university networks in Europe and worldwide to realize mobility and research cooperation.

The FHM’s internationalization strategy encompasses the areas of research and teaching, scientific projects and institutional networks of SMEs. The university also maintains a worldwide network of numerous university collaborations that contribute to the development of innovative courses of study as well as to the development of research structures and the promotion of forward-looking research topics.
