Studying with German and methodological competence

The preparatory courses ‘UniPrep University Preparation Academic Work in German’ are aimed at international applicants with university entrance qualifications who wish to study at a university in Germany. In this preparatory course, you will learn German at university level and acquire methodological skills in academic work related to your chosen field of study. All the necessary qualifications and skills for studying in Germany are integrated into this preparatory course.

Duration: 12 months with a total of 780 teaching hours

Course details: German Language (telc A2-C1 Uni), German for University (624 teaching units in total, 16 teaching units per week) with language qualification: Telc Certificate C1 German University Entrance Qualification.

Supplementary modules: Can be supplemented with the following modules, which also allow credit points to be earned:

University simulation training: Academic work, methodological skills, e.g. preparation and presentation of student research projects, exams, exhibition projects or presentations, application portfolios in print and online format, telephone training (52 teaching units)
Intercultural training (78 teaching units)
University application training: Self-management & self-marketing (26 teaching units)
