YOUR PREPARATION COURSE

Studying with German and methodological competence

The preparatory courses are aimed at international applicants with a university entrance qualification who wish to study at a university in Germany. In this preparatory course, you will learn the German language at university level and acquire methodological skills in academic work related to the respective study focus. All the necessary qualifications and skills for studying in Germany are integrated into this preparatory course.

What you can expect

Course content

Duration of the course: 12 months with a total of 780 units
Start of the course:

  • German Language (telc A2-C1 Uni), German for University (624 UE in total, 16 UE/week) with language certificate: Telc Certificate C1 German University Entrance
  • University simulation training: academic work, methodological skills, e.g. writing and presenting term papers, exams, exhibition projects or presentations, application portfolios in print and online format, telephone training (52 units)
  • Intercultural training (78 units)
  • University application training: self-management & self-marketing (26 units)
