Eröffnung des zweiten Professional Post Doc und des ersten Professional Post DBA-Studiengangs in Global SMEs Management durch das IMI und die FHM
(English Version below) Im Februar 2022 haben Prof. Dr. Hamid Doost Mohammadian als Vertreter der FHM und Dr. Abolfazl Kiani, Managing Director am Industrial Management Institute (IMI) (Iran) an der Eröffnungsfeier des zweiten Professional Post-Promotionsprogramm in Global SME Management und das erste professionelle Post-DBA-Programm in Global SME Management am Industrial Management Institute (IMI) in Teheran, Iran teilgenommen.
Das Postdoc-/Post-DBA-Programm in Global SME Management ist das Ergebnis eines gemeinsamen Vorhabens der FHM und des Industrial Management Institute (IMI) im Iran. Das Programm umfasst vier Lehrveranstaltungen, von denen zwei von FHM-Professoren und zwei von IMI-Professoren online gehalten werden.
Die FHM-Deutschprofessoren halten Vorträge zu folgenden Themen:
- Grundlagen des KMU- und Nachhaltigkeitsmanagements
- Globales Management in KMU und Zukunft von KMU
- Finanzielle und wirtschaftliche Rolle von KMU beim Erreichen der Ziele für nachhaltige Entwicklung
- Moderne Themen im Global SMEs Management
Die IMI-Professoren halten Vorträge zu folgenden Themen:
- Globale und hochmoderne Management- und Führungsstile in KMU
- Verhaltensökonomie und Betriebssoziologie in KMU
- Unternehmertum, Innovation
- Unternehmensanalyse und familien- und gründergetriebene Unternehmen
Diese Kurse sind Teil der erfolgreichen und effektiven Bildungskooperation des Instituts für Industriemanagement (IMI) mit der FHM. Zweck der Durchführung der oben genannten Kurse ist das Kennenlernen der Industrie Manager des Landes mit den Modellen und Methoden des KMU-Managements, modernen Geschäftsmodellen, intelligenter und intelligenter Governance und schließlich zur Förderung der Managementmethoden kleiner und mittlerer Unternehmen.
Den Abschluss des Programms bildet ein professionelles Forschungsprojekt, das von den Kandidaten zu Themen des globalen KMU-Managements durchgeführt wird. Das Projekt wird einem Panel im Iran online vorgestellt. Die Mindestdauer für den Abschluss des Programms beträgt 18 Monate und die Höchstdauer 24 Monate. Am Ende des Programms sollten die Teilnehmer etwa 800 Stunden Abschlussprojekt als Post-Doc/Post-DBA-Thesis erbringen. Nach Abschluss des Programms erhalten die Teilnehmer zwei Professional Post-Doctoral/Post DBA Certificates in Global SME Management, ausgestellt von FHM und IMI.
Inauguration of the second Professional Post Doc and the first Professional Post DBA courses in Global SMEs Management by the Industrial Management Institute (IMI) in collaboration with the FHM
In February 2022, Prof. Dr. Hamid Doost Mohammadian, as representative of FHM University of Applied Sciences, Germany, with Dr. Abolfazl Kiani as Managing Director at Industrial Management Institute (IMI), Iran, in Inaugural Ceremony of the second Professional Post-Doctoral Program in Global SME Management and the first Professional Post-DBA Program in Global SME Management at Industrial Management Institute (IMI) in Tehran, Iran. The post-doctoral/post-DBA program in Global SME Management is the result of a joint endeavour between FHM University in Germany and the Industrial Management Institute (IMI) in Iran. The program comprises four courses, two of which will be held online by FHM Professors and two by IMI professors.
The FHM German professors will hold lectures in the following issues:
- Fundamental of SME & Sustainability Management
- Global Management in SMEs and future of SMEs
- Financial and economic Role of SMEs in Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals
- Modern issues in Global SMEs Management
The IMI professors will hold lectures in the following issues:
- Global and Cutting-Edge Management and Leadership styles in SMEs
- Behavioral Economics and Business Sociology in SMEs
- Entrepreneurship, innovation
- Business analysis and Family and founder driven enterprises
According to IMI public relations report these courses are planned in continuation of the successful and effective educational cooperation of the Industrial Management Institute (IMI) with the German University of Applied Sciences (FHM).The purpose of holding the above courses is to acquaint the industrial managers of the country with the models and methods of SME management, modern business models, smartening and intelligent governance, and finally to promote the management methods of small and medium-sized enterprises in the world class.The program's capstone is a developing professional research project carried out by the candidates on subjects related to Global SME Management. The project will be presented to a panel in Iran online. The minimum time required to complete the program is 18 months and the maximum is 24 months. At the end of the programs the participants should provide Final Project about 800 hours as their Post-Doc/Post-DBA thesis. Upon completion of the program, participants will be granted two Professional Post-Doctoral/Post DBA Certificates in Global SME Management issued by FHM and IMI.
